AkzoNobel Wood Coatings and Chemcraft will showcase how the combination of innovative coatings, application expertise and technical support is helping manufacturers improve finishing quality, consistency, and productivity, at the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) 2026. IWF will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on August 25-28.

At Booth C1562, AkzoNobel Wood Coatings and Chemcraft will showcase solutions from across its portfolio, and demonstrate how manufacturers can simplify finishing processes, enhance appearance, and achieve reliable performance across a range of applications. Visitors will see how each brand’s technologies work to solve real production challenges and support more efficient manufacturing.

Interactive displays will allow visitors to compare finishing outcomes across a variety of colors and wood species, offering practical insight into how coating systems perform in different applications.

Visitors can also hear from Heath Saunders, regional technical service manager for AkzoNobel Wood Finishes Americas, who will present Finishing Consistency in an Ever-Changing World; A conversation about variables that impact wood finishing outcomes on Tuesday, August 25, from 11:30am to 12:30pm located on Level 3 of Building B in Room B311.

This year’s exhibition is especially significant as Chemcraft celebrates 50 years of serving the North American woodworking industry.

Ron Cooper, segment manager – distribution, flooring and furniture, NAM for AkzoNobel Wood Finishes, said the show will highlight the value of combining products with technical support and expertise.

“Manufacturers today are looking for more than individual products as they see the value of working with finishing partners that can help them improve consistency, increase productivity, and adapt to changing production demands,” he said. “At IWF, we’re bringing together technologies, technical expertise, and demonstrations that show how our solutions work together to deliver better outcomes across a wide range of applications. Whether visitors are exploring new finishing technologies or looking to optimize existing processes, we want them to leave with practical ideas they can put to work immediately.”

Visitors can meet the AkzoNobel Wood Coatings and Chemcraft teams at booth C1562 throughout IWF Atlanta 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on August 25-28.
